Its pretty accurate

I dont ride metro like when they use to call me "metro queen". I needed something quick and easy to help me get my bearings. This is it! The Alerts are invaluable especially on the weekends with so much track work. The next bus and train schedules are spot on. Just realized it had a metro map. I sure need that with the new stations that metro has. Keep up the good work.

Was happy with other app used to navigate the metro. Wanted smart card balance, stuck loading with my user name and password . Not happy now.

App got hung on an error during login to SmarTrip. Unable to re-enter credentials, app dead-ends in the error notice.

Its an amazing app & I love the iOS7 integration. Not a major issue but I cant get to see the DC Circulator Routes but other than that its great and Ive gotten friends to either switch to or download this app.

Good functional app for real-time DC Metro and bus info. Great looking and intuitive interface. Would get five stars if it also had Circulator routes and bus times. Nice work!

I use the other DC metro app everyday, but this is my new favorite. The UI is nicer and you can even see photos of the best stop which makes them easier to find in unknown areas!

Add ART buses and it would be one-stop shopping.

It would be helpful to see the rush line train arrival schedule on the app like the other main trains.

Another pretty looking app that just doesnt do what I need. Not useful if it does not show how many cars per train - this is key info for people who actually use metro rail every day. Guess Ill go back to the WMATA site.

You put people in danger. The app said a bus would arrive at this particular location over ten minutes ago. By not being accurate therefore meaning I was standing on a street rather than sitting on a bus on my home, multiple individuals have street harassed me as they walk or drive by. Ghost buses should not be the norm.

Georgetown-Union station circulator westbound is missing stops.

I like this app, it gets me to work on time and I love the fact I can favorite my stops so its easy for me to find my bus. With a little fine tuning this app will be amazing...I would love if the bus stops we put as our favorite could be renamed, instead of just having the bus stop location, that would be cool.

Im still searching for an app that will show NextBus arrivals by route number at a specific bus stop rather than giving the results of every bus that stops there. I need to know when MY bus will arrive not all the ones that dont go where Im going. This isnt it.

Much better than any other dc metro app. Pros: favorites menu, great with real time bus arrival, stays updated on routes, extremely user friendly Cons: cant name favorites, metro station map is not interactive so no next train info for stations you want to check on, no routing options (such as how to get from home to downtown), no details about bus routes (map info or pdf image).

Not perfect but very helpful. I use this app most weekdays and Am glad to do so.

Its not perfect but its the best DC Metro app in the App Store. And can you PLEASE add the W4 bus line!!!!

This app is sometimey. Its on point sometimes, and other times it lies about bus arrivals. One minute itll say a certain bus will arrive in three minutes. When you check the app four minutes later, the wait time will magically change to eight. It can be very frustrating, especially if youre in a rush.

This is a solid app, with lots of room to improve. Not a lot of good options out there, but I use this one every day. I wish it had easier ways for saving favorites and the ability to rename your favorites. Currently the same name shows for both directions.
